Girly Bits Hot Shot

I finally got a sunny day to photograph this holo!  I don't have a ton of holographic polishes probably because I don't spend a lot of time outdoors and especially in the sun, and a lot of times, they are underwhelming indoors.  Girly Bits Hot Shot is a pretty shade regardless of the rainbow factor, and I think you can see it fairly well in indoor lighting even if it's not super noticeable to others. Here's the shade description from Girly Bits:

Hot Shot is a hot pink holographic.

  • FINISH: Holo
  • COVERAGE: 2-3 coats for full coverage
  • LAYERING SUGGESTIONS: Not necessary
  • GLITTER DENSITY: N/A
  • TOP COAT: Apply top coat as usual
Hot Shot is from the P.S. I Love You Collection. (This collection is dedicated to the memory of Doris Sewell Rudeen, the mother of a dear friend[.])

Ok, to be honest, I'm a little sad now that I read it's an in memoriam polish, but what a nice way to honor a friend!

This one read a lot more peachy on me than some of the swatches that are on the Girly Bits site.  (For reference, I'm about an NC10.)  But don't you think it still looks great indoors?  Like any holo, you really do need sunny conditions to see the magic.  Thank goodness the weather cooperated with me before it was time for a new mani.

What do you think?  What are your favorite holographic polishes?  I'm thinking I need more!
